Frey and Freya — the Twin Gods of Love and War

All my life, I have been called by one of these two names, as a nickname, because my own name is a longer form of them.
Frey and Freya symbolize the eternal dance between love and struggle — forces that are also present in my own life and have shaped me into who I am today.

For as long as I can remember, I have felt and seen things — what could be called clairvoyance or claircognizance. A deep knowing that there is more than what we perceive with our eyes.
An awareness that the Light resides within each of us, and that this same Light guides us on our journey here on Earth.
Many people lose their connection to this Light — to the Source, to God — over time. Upbringing, society, and belief systems often lead us to doubt this inner knowing. Yet, deep down, we still inherently know the truth, even if we do not always trust it.

My own path has been one of deep growth, transformation, and awareness. I grew up with a narcissistic father, which taught me from a young age how energy, power, and love are intertwined. I have experienced periods of abundance and success, as well as moments in which I lost everything. I have been betrayed in love, gone through a burnout, let go of careers, and had to constantly reinvent myself.

For five years, I traveled solo across Africa, coming into deep contact with diverse spiritual traditions. There, I worked with healing plant medicines such as Ayahuasca and Ibogaine, which gave me profound insights into the workings of the soul and shadow. These experiences also connected me to the power of surrender and trust. They deepened my connection to the divine plan and greatly expanded my understanding of the spiritual world.

Through everything I have experienced, I speak not only from knowledge or gift but primarily from life experience. I know what it feels like to walk through darkness — and how powerful the Light can be that emerges from it.

Of course, I am happy to help with short or practical questions, but my experience is that true healing arises when we dare to confront the deeper cause.
Often, I can see where a blockage originates and help you understand why certain patterns repeat in your life. From this insight, you can find strength, peace, and direction.

I believe every human being is perfectly created, though we sometimes stray from our true essence along the way.
My goal is to help you reconnect with that divine part of yourself — to live from your original power, love, and truth.

I work without tools, fully guided by God and the Light that exists within and around us. This Light leads, heals, and transforms when we allow it into our lives.

In that trust, we can, every day, grow, heal, and receive through Him and with Him — exactly as intended.
